FAQ

  • Order Tracking

    • We’ll email you a confirmation of your order and also let you know when it has shipped. If you have any questions about your shipment feel free to reach out to us at support@rightpointlinen.com

  • Order Processing

    • We process orders within 3-5 business days for all in stock items, then ship via FedEx or UPS. Standard shipping generally takes an additional 2-7 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

  • Promo Codes

    • To apply a promo code to an order you must enter the code before completing the order. Promo codes cannot be used for previously placed orders. Multiple codes cannot be used for the same order. Promo codes cannot be redeemed for cash and/or credit.

  • Modifying an Order

    • Mistakes happen. Email us at support@rightpointlinen.com and can accommodate your order modification/order cancellation up until the order has shipped.

  • Returns & Exchanges

    • We will need as much order information to assist you with Returns & Exchanges.

    • Return policy – Try our product for 90 days on us. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ll replace or refund the product.

    • Received damaged product - email us at support@rightpointlinen.com and we will help you out.

    • Exchanges - email us at support@rightpointlinen.com and we will help you out.

    • Refunds will be completed within 5 days of receiving the return.
